By definition, orgasms are rhythmic muscular contractions in the pelvic region. So it would only make sense that stronger muscles equal stronger orgasms. The best way to tone and strengthen your vaginal muscles is by doing regular Kegels. (Read Keep It Tight, Keep It Up: Kegels for more information on the benefits of Kegels and how to get started.)
Pumping your pelvic muscles during sex brings extra blood flow and oxygen to your pelvis. This heightens sensitivity and can help you achieve a more intense orgasm. It may feel forced and mechanical at first, but the more you do it, the more natural it will become during sex.
Use Your Breath
Deep breathing, especially deep exhalations, can intensify your orgasm. Moaning can do the same thing. Some women are self-conscious of making noise during sex, so they often hold their breath when they get close to orgasm without even realizing it. One Tantric technique is to take15-20 rapid breaths followed by a long exhale. You could also try breathing in sync with your lover.
Edge
Have you ever gotten your partner to the brink of orgasm, then backed off for a few seconds so they wouldn't come just yet, only to do it all over again? That is edging. It's a form of orgasm control that's buildup causes a stronger, more intense orgasm. You can practice this solo or with a partner. It can be done multiple times before allowing an orgasm.
Don't rush to get there! Slow down and take lots of time to get warmed up with kissing and foreplay. By slowly building arousal, your orgasm will be stronger. When your body us screaming for release, then let go.
